What are some things you must consider when an organization goes global, and what training is required? Please explain. (A MINIMUM OF 150 WORDS or MORE)

                                                       CLASSMATE’S RESPONSE

There are so many different things you need to consider before taking your organization and making it global. I would first start to make sure that your organization is needed globally, you want to make sure there is a market for what your organization is offering, so that you can have the backup of the organization to go global. You will need to know how much money you will need to invest to make this successful. I would then work on starting to establish connections wherever it is you want to locate your organization, so that you can work on clients and employees, it’s even possible you may want to go into Partnership with someone while you are figuring out if this is going to be something that will work and be successful for your organization.

From there you will want your employees to be trained on culture for that location, how people in that country communicate. These are priority, because you want to give that location a great impression and having your employees well educated about the culture and language and communication is a great thing to start with. The last thing you need is to have a negative impression because of something simple as learning their culture.
