- Current care plans and recommendations
This section focuses on the nursing treatment/care plans and their goals in improving the patient’s condition. Identify the most appropriate treatment options like medication or therapy and describe why each plan is the most appropriate for the diagnosis.
Additionally, you will need to talk about how the above treatment plan will improve the patient’s condition and better their quality of life. Also explains how the plan should be executed to achieve the projected changes. This includes the person responsible for executing the plan, materials necessary in care delivery, and measurable goals that will be used to compare the progress and effectiveness of the plan.
Finally, you will give your own opinion based on the patient’s medical status, prognosis, and the suggested care plan. You will further propose additional care plans that can better or hasten the recovery process.
