This task is designed to develop your ability to contribute fruitfully to a group task; assess an
organisational issue or problem as objectively as possible; appreciate the potential of theory in

1. This is a group assignment, and the lecturer will create and finalize assignment groups in week 3/4.

focus on a problem that has already been solved and do not choose an organisation that is no longer in
