After viewing the “Organization, Does It Matter?” video in this week’s Reading and Study folder, you must create a system of organization for this ONLN 1300 course. Y
ou may choose to create a folder system on your computer (OneDrive, GoogleDrive, etc.), as the video instructed; or, if you already have a system in place for keeping your online courses organized, use that. Once you are organized choose one of the options below for submitting as proof of your organizing skills: • Screenshot(s) • Screenrecording video Details for each of the options are below. Remember, you must only select 1 option from above and follow the instructions for your choice, below. For each option you must have a folder or file that is clearly marked as ONLN 1300 and the date (for example, ONLN 1300_Spring2020). Instructions for Screenshot Option: For this option you must take at least 2 screenshots (images) of the folder/organization system you have created, specifically for ONLN 1300. The images you include must be clear and should include the naming convention of your folders (ie: ONLN 1300 Assignments or Module/Week 1..etc.). Finally, a screenshot of this assignment must also be included in one of the images. You may include as many images as you feel necessary to properly show your system of organization, but only 2 images are required. Once you have saved the images paste them to a Word document for submission. The screensrecord/screencapture must be between 30-60 seconds and include the naming convention of your folders (ie: “ONLN 1300 Assignment” folder or “Module/Week 1, 2,3..” folders). You must also include where you have saved the instructions or assignment submission for this “Organization Assignment” in your screenrecord. You are not required to use audio; however, if you do it must be clear and saved properly for opening. If you choose not to use audio your video must be easy to follow and understand based on your mouse movements and clicks. Once you finish, save the file as an MP4 file and upload it to Blackboard
