Overview
In this discussion we will talk about the best and the worst of what our government does both on our domestic front as well as in the foreign policy arena.
To help you formulate an answer, be sure to review the Exploration for this module and Chapters 16 and 17 of your e-text.

Instructions
• Please respond to the following questions as completely as possible: What do you believe are the best and worst of our government’s DOMESTIC social policies and why? What do you believe are the best and worst of our government’s FOREIGN policies and why? What policy areas should be the most regulated by government, and what areas should be the least regulated? Explain whether compromise has helped or hindered the making of public policy and discuss what role citizens should play with respect to the establishment of domestic and foreign policy. Remember to explain your responses fully.

We’ll talk about the good and the bad of our government’s domestic and foreign policy efforts in this conversation.
Make sure to review the Exploration for this module and Chapters 16 and 17 of your e-text to assist you come up with a response.
Outcomes: The First and Second Steps
If you can, please answer all of the following questions completely: Which of our government’s domestic social programs do you think are best and worst? In your opinion, which of our government’s FOREIGN policies are best and worst? Are there any policy areas that should be more heavily or less heavily regulated by the government? Discuss whether or if compromise has aided or hampered the creation of public policy, and what role individuals should have in the formulation of domestic and international policy. Make sure to elaborate on your answers.
